All sales of digital products (courses, templates, guides, audio activations, downloads, etc.) are final. Due to the nature of digital content, once a product is purchased and delivered, no refunds or exchanges will be granted. Please review product descriptions carefully before completing your purchase.

Coaching Services
Coaching programs, sessions, and packages are a significant time and energy investment. For that reason, coaching fees are non-refundable once services have begun. If you purchase a package and need to reschedule sessions, you may do so with at least 24 hours’ notice. Any missed sessions without notice will be forfeited.

If you choose to discontinue coaching before the package is complete, unused sessions may be credited toward future services at the discretion of the coach, but refunds will not be provided.
